Cancellation Policy

A full payment is due on the day of  reservation. All major credit cards are accepted. All returned checks with NSF will be automatically charged with a minimum fee of $25 per check. Cancellation is subject to 20% cancellation fee if cancelled with at least 48 hours from the date of service by written notice, or speaking with one of our team by phone, or no refund will be issued for late cancellation after the 48 hours grace period, or "No show". 

For hourly reservations, a minimum of 4 hours service with 20% non-refundable deposit, and a major credit card on file is required to hold your reservation. 

Price quotes are valid for 7 days only and our rates may change from time to time upon company's discretion without notice. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis only.
