Cancellation Policy

A full payment is due on the day of  reservation. All major credit cards are accepted. All returned checks with NSF will be automatically charged with a minimum fee of $25 per check. Cancellation is subject to 20% cancellation fee if cancelled with at least 48 hours written notice, or by phone, or no refund will be issued for late cancellation or "No show". Price quotes are valid for 7 days only and our rates may change from time to time upon company's discretion without notice. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis only.
